Butter Pecan: Swiss milk chocolate buttery ganache blended with roasted pecans to create the classic butter pecan tasting, finished in Swiss milk chocolate and a roasted pecan. This is so much more than dates, nuts and chocolate it is masterpiece of flavour!!
Pistachio: Our unique Swiss pistachio ganache is blended with Kataifi, a very thin filo pastry that adds the perfect crunch. The Kataifi is lightly toasted then infused into the pistachio ganache making it the most indulgent filling. We finish it with our pistachio chocolate and chopped pistachios. The taste is unbelievable!
Ruby Raspberry: We start by filling the dates with our ruby raspberry ganache then dip each one in Belgium Ruby chocolate and finishing with a sweet bouquet of edible flowers. This fruity, fresh flavour will have your taste buds going wild!
Caramel Almond Joy: We blend Belgium Gold chocolate with our toasted coconut and almond ganache to create a one of a kind joyous almond flavor. We finish by dipping them in the Belgium Gold chocolate and adding toasted coconut. Your taste buds will be blown away!
Italian Luxardo Cherry Cordial: Belgium dark chocolate cherry ganache and Luxardo cherry center then covered in our Belgium Dark chocolate and finished with fruity ruby chocolate swirl. This is a twist on chocolate covered cherries, the sweetness of the date, the almond nutty flavor of the cherries combined with the bittersweet notes of the chocolate makes this the Aphrodisiac of Desserts!!!
